I am taking admission in Other than Home University engineering college through Mhtcet counselling then do I need a migration certificate?

Hello 

You don't need a migration certificate in case you are studying anywhere else except in your home town . The certificate is needed only if you are leaving the course in between but not if you're starting fresh .
