I am taking drop for JEE Mains 2021, which book should I read to get 190+ marks. How many hours in a day should my number be 190+. I am a dropper will I get admission in IIT / NIT?

As per your question, taking drop is completely your decision. If you want to take drop then you should be clear about taking drop like, you should have that motivation and potential till the jee 2021.see honestly as per my opinion you should take drop only if you have your concepts cleared or during the duration you will clear your remaining concepts then only you should go for drop. Other wise your one year will be wasted.
For the preparation of jee 2021 you should prefer books like :-
1) for mathematics :-you should use ML khanna as I have also referred this.
2) for physics:-you should refer HC verma's book which will clear your concept in detail.
3) for chemistry:-you should use NCERT books as it will be enough for scoring the marks in jee
Also you can prefer NCERT books for all the subjects for clearing your concepts as NCERT Books have clear concepts which you should prefer. So doing these particular thing and if you referred these books properly then then you can score good marks.
And in the last you should do more and more jee papers for better accuracy.
