i am the student of final year of diploma in electrical eng. can i am eligible for NIT . by leteral entry in second year

No, you are not eligible to get seat in NITs being a diploma holder. But you can try for IITs and for that you will have to clear Jee main/advance and you will get the seat in first year only as there is no lateral entry provision for the same.
