Ya some students face same problem this time . for this you have to reset your browser catch / refresh browser and make sure you enter correct details .

My brother do the same and finally he got his hall ticket.

If problem dont solve then just write an email to the jee mains regarding your problem and also provide them with your information like application no., Name, father's name, dob, mother's name etc,
