No need it's just a guideline it's not mandatory to upload with date and name ... As far as it's you photo no need to worry at the time of counseling they take fresh photos for admission...

There is no necessity of correction of photo.
For now;just focus on your exam ahead.

You don't have to be tensed about it. It is a common error done by most of the applicants. The board is concerned about this type of mistake as it is done every year. There will be no problem in writing the exam.
But don't forget to bring  a copy of photgraph with you at the time of examination. Your face should be clearly visible and can be recognized easily.
