If I consider the previous year data .Then you have negligible chances of getting admission in any of the government colleges in andhra pradesh even through state quota .Previous year minimum marks admitted for an sc candidate through 85% state quota is as stated below..

I am sorry to tell you but score of around 340 marks in neet is very low , you cannot get any government medical college with this much marks even if you belong from sc category,  you should have scored atleast between 450 - 500 to get government medical college if you are from SC category.
