The minimum percentile required to get seat in NIT's is around 96-97 percentile.And the all India rank should be around 40000.The jee mains score should be around 150+.To get seat in top NIT's then your jee mains percentile should be around above 98.you can check the previous year cutoff's for top NIT's in the provided link below: https://www.google.com/amp/s/engineering.careers360.com/articles/jee-main-cutoff-for-top-nits/amp
