Congratulations , for getting such a good score. You can get any college very easily in Telangana state because according to previous year's data almost all the colleges had less cutoff scores than yours. For eg; like Osmania nd ESIC medical colleges have 457 and 462 marks as their cutoff. Rest , it depends on each year's cutoff because it changes every year , but you have great margin.
