I belong to obc category and secured 87.8 percentile in mains can i get a seat in nit surathkal in branch chemical engineering ?

See previous year closing rank for other state was around 9000 and that for home state it was around 11000 , so if you had around this rank then you are eligible for going to nit Surathkal.
