hi kunal, it all depends on what category you belong to and what reservation you have, whether you have state quota or not , but i would suggest that aim for 550 plus to be on a safer side, its high , i know but absolutely doable

Try to have score of 535+ marks in neet ug to get a free seat of mbbs in osmania medical college through all india quota seat counselling under oc category..

Closing rank for admission in Osmania university last year was around 4000. For securing this much rank, you should have a score of around 530. But cutoffs for state quota would be lesser. It should be around 490.
Try to secure marks more than this as cutoff scores usually increase each year.
