I belong to sc category and I get aggregate 41percent in pcb so iam eligible for neet or 40percent is individually in pcb consider as neet

Yes ,40% would be the cutoff marks for SC category you are eligible for giving the neet but since your marks are very less ,your preparation is very less ,prepare for meet with full concentration and give lots of mocks in order to have a proper preparation.
