I belong to ST category. My All India rank is 512123....can I get a government seat in MBBS???? And my category rank is 17727.

Your category rank is 17727.

You might be able to get a seat in government colleges under 85% state quota.

It depends on the state where you have applied to. 

You will get private medical colleges easily.

Based upon your score in NEET 2018, and the previous year cutoff, The chances are less for admission to Government Medical Colleges under All India Quota and state quota. You can have the chances in Private Colleges.
