Well there is no problem with that chetan , but even after that your obc category status will not be considered for AIQ counselling since you come under unreserved category in central list ,as for state there will be separate applications for your state after NEET results are declared and you can apply with OBC reservation status which will be counted during your respective state counselling

Also as for 549 marks your rank will lie between 7434 - 9493 acc to previous years analysis you can get govt state clgs like

• Lala Lajpat Rai Memorial Medical College
• Baba Raghav Das Medical College, Gorakhpur
• U.P. Rural Institute of Medical Sciences & Research, Etawah

If you want to avail the OBC reservation for your medical seat then you require a proper caste certificate for that. If you fail so, then you will be considered into general category.

However, according to the score you are expecting you have good chances to get into govt colleges through the state quota.
If you have a VALID recent OBC certificate then you can apply for government colleges under reservation.
