I born in Maharashtra but not living in Maharashtra can i apply on the basis of birth certificate in home.quota because i don't have the domeceil certificate do you consider my application in home quota on the basis of birth certificate

Actually different states have different rules regarding the issue of domicile certificate. Though in most of the cases, the domicile is issued on the basis of permanent address etc. Again, sometimes, the domicile is issued on the basis from where you have passed your 12th standard. So it would be better if you contact the local authorities.
