i bought new pc i5 10th gen , geforce 1650 4gb and 16gb ram but not play gta 5 after directx , Microsoft visual , .net framwork install. the problem is 0xc00007b seriously i am crying please help

I recommed you to go to a service center or the shop where you just bought the laptop from as the laptop must be in warranty period the technician can easily solve your problem for free.SO try calling either the customer care of the laptop company or visit/contact the shop where you bought it for solving the issues.
