With a score of 232, you have qualified the exam. However, to fetch a seat in a government medical college you need to score much higher.
The cut off scores for qualifying the exam may vary but they are usually the same every year.
Last year the cut off score for
UR (general) category was 50th percentile i.e 720-138
OBC/SC/ST category was 40th percentile i.e 137-108
With your score, you have qualified the exam and hence are eligible for admission to medical colleges.
