I calculated my mark I got 126 over all can I get seats in government college either bds or mbbs since I belong to obc category

No you won't be getting government seat in either MBBS or BDS. The score is way too low to get a seat in any government medical college. And since the cut-off for OBC is just as good as that of unreserved category, the minimum score required would be 500.
