Hope you are doing well.

You can take admission in Jharkhand state. As cutoff of Jharkhand is relatively less than Bihar.
However cutoff changes evey year due to many factors like :- Difficulty in paper, No of candidates, No. Of seats etc.
According to 2019 cutoff:- ( General category)

Bihar's cutoff was:
- Darbhanga Medical College, Laheriasarai
-----> 585 marks

Jharkhand's cutoff :-
Patilputra medical college -------> 580 marks
