i cleared mains and i belong to obc-ncl category my mains marks 75 and my 12 th percentile is 94% can i get a seat in btech ece or cse ?

According to my opinion, you may not get seat in famous NITS. Sorry to say this.
Better try to write advance exam well. Then you will get seat in some good institute.
