i cleared my 10th cbsc Board in march 2018 but i can not appear in 11th exam held in march 2019, can i eligible for Neet exam.

The basic eligibility criteria for NEET entrance examination is that you must have passed 12th board's it you are appearing for 12th that year in which you are applying for NEET. So, therefore to be eligible for NEET entrance exam you must have to pass your 12th exam.
