I come under ews category and belong to delhi. can I attend state counseling of Goa without domacile for mbbs2020??

Hello,
No, you cannot attend state counselling of Goa without being a residence of Goa. State counselling is only valid for the candidates of that state. In case you want to get admission in any college in Goa then you would have to take part in All India Quota counselling.
