Hello Zeenath !

It seems to be a good rank but because it's a state rank hence your chances of getting a MBBS seat in government medical college are very less. If wish to take some other courses like BHMS BAMS BDS etc then you can go for it and you will surely get it but MBBS chances are negligible.
