Yes, candidates who have passed 3 year diploma in engineering recognized by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) or a State Board of Technical Education (SBTE).Candidates belonging to general category must have scored minimum 75 % marks for SC/ST it is 65% marks in the qualifying exam
