There is long way for you to traverse, its recommended to study well in your first 2 years of BBA and from secind year you should start for CAT preparation.
Meanwhile, start reading 2 newspaper daiky and watch atleast 2 financial channels for news.
For CAT preparation tips :-
You should solve more problems from books like Arun Sharma, RS agarwal, Chandresh agarwal. Try to give mock tests every week and revise them frequently to avoid mistakes. My suggestion would be first to read about the exams and colleges and decode which exams and which colleges to target. Next, give a mock exam online (manu sites available like oliveboard, test funda). Analyse your areas of strength and weakness and see if you require coaching or self study will do. Generally coaching is for 1 year, so better take it in 2nd year and appear in 3rd year. Till then read news, generate opinions about the news you read, improve vocab, quants and be aware of your targeted exams and colleges.
