I completed 12th with PCB in 2011with 60%.After that I get degree in Batchlor of Arts(BA)2015. SC category.Elligible or not fr neet 2020?

Yes you can appear for NEET in 2020. The maximum age for NEET is 25. But as mentioned above that you are from SC category, the age limit is 30. And you have PCB as subjects too and minimum marks are 40% for SC.
