after passing diploma course in ece, you may take following stream of b.tech,

electronica and communication engineering,

electronics and instrumentation

computer science,

information technology

bio medical engineering,

you may choose courses as per your choices , or you can do job after diploma , after some years of experience you may apply for btech course.
