Hello Vaibhav,


Yes you can. After completing Diploma from Mechanical Engineering you are eligible to purser BE in Computer Science and Engineering. There are many institutions in India that offers Lateral Entry provision to Diploma holders. Remember that IITs and NITs do not offer lateral entry provision.
