Yes, of course Bangalore University is UGC approved University, hence your master's degree is definitely valid, and you can appear for government exams also if you fulfill the prescribed eligibility criteria, you can appear for UPSC, state PSCs, if you have done BEd you'll be eligible for CTET or state level TETs, or even banking or insurance exams to name a few.
