There are different kinds of domicile certifictates for a particular state. One type is such that you have done your 12th from the concerned state and had done your 10th from some other state. If any such criteria is available for obtaining the Maharashtra domicile, then you can complete your 12th from there if you want. But if no such criteria is present, then it is advisable that you continue your 12th in Madhya Pradesh so that you can easily obtain an MP domicile certifictate.

You can complete your 12th standard education from any state but you need proper documents during counselling and admission process. You need to have domicile certificate and all other documents original copy. I would suggest you keep a record of a important document form your marksheet to transfer certificate and others.
