Since you completed your schooling in Telangana and intermediate in Andhra Pradesh, youwill be considered a non-local candidate for AP EAMCET.

The Andhra Pradesh Eamcet (Engineering, Agriculture, and Medical Common Entrance Test) considers your schooling (6th to Intermediate) for determining local/non-local status.
You completed your schooling in Telangana, so you wouldn't be considered local for AP EAMCET.
