BITS provide every student a chance to attempt the BITSAT exam twice.A candidate can appear for BITSAT exam in the year he/she gives 12th exam or can appear for it the immediate next year.Since you have completed your class 12th in the year 2018 you can only give BITSAT in 2019 and not in 2020.

Yes you are eligible for BITSAT exam but only in 2019. BITSAT can be given 2 times that is within the same year of board or the next year with percentage of minimum 75% aggregate
