Unfortunatly no you cannot, you will be held on the ground of eligibility basis. You will be considered not eligible for NIT seats. Beause the NIT counselling that is registration and choice filling options begins from the month of June. And you are saying your exam will be held in the month of july. So you cannot get admission.
