I did my granduation in 2017.But I am not prepare for 2018 CAT. Can I give CAT 2019. I Have no expectations of work.

I would like to tell you that you can obviously appear for the exam in 2019. But, your profile will be rejected as you don't have anything to explain your gap years. But if you have work experience in these years , it would help you a lot. So, a better idea would be to prepare for the exam along with a job.
