Hello Subrta.If you have qulaified NEET and are ready to pay the full tution fees as per management quota, you will get admission in any private college.

Hey, 

It's okay that you've not got enough marks as per the cut off. Your future doesn't depend completely on it. Don't be disappointed or sad, if you have will power and dedication for whatever you want to pursue, I'm very much sure you'll do it. Whether you'll get a private college and when you do, which one it would be,depends on the ranking or marks accepted to get admission. All the best, you'll find a way!
