I didn't not get my January percentile marks and my application number was different I got 76.3 percentage in January session..

I don't think it is possible that you have not got your percentile. See nta gave percentile based results after january 2019 jee mains exam, only percentile was mentioned in there. So if you have seen your result at that time you should have known your percentile.
After april exam final result came out depicting the percentile higher of the two exams.
