For admission in tata institute of social science you have they have not asked for such requirement of percentage basis. Candidate must have completed the graduation of minimum 3 years duration or its equivalent. Final year student can also apply. Their admission is totally entrance examination (TISSNET) based. The eligibility that they ask to be accomplished should be pass (in all subjects/papers) in Bachelors. They donot mention about any percentage. And also they admit students based on the final score that they weigh based on National Entrance Test, Pre-interview test/Group Discussion and Personal interview.

There's no minimum percentile mentioned in their website in order to get admission. Moreover you didn't shared in which program you wan to get enrolled. You just need to successfully pass in all the subjects with zero backlogs in order to be eligible for the exam.
