HELLO Aanshi

I think most places will let you leave it blank, with no entry necessary.

If an entry is required, for some reason, then the normal accepted answer is N/A, for “Not Applicable”.

Should the slash cause problems, then either “No Middle Name”, or “NMN” meaning the same thing, can be used.
