I don't have maths I am PCB student is it possible for me to do biomedical engineering from IIT ? without giving jee ?

If you want to do BTech from IIT then JEE Mains and Advanced is the only way out. If you want to do it from some place well then you can give state engineering entrances as well as entrances conducted by private institutes like VITEEE etc.
