I don't have original 12th certificate and marksheet. Can I apply for upsee counseling.I passed 12th exam from Bihar board this year

Hii shivam,

If your board have not provided marksheet and you have copy of online result, you can go for UPSEE counselling. But if your board has released it and you still don't have than they will not allow.
