Sujata there is no problem right now, you can submit the e-certificate in WBJEE counselling right now and also drop a mail on the official email-id mentioning your query but try to get an original marksheet before you join the college wherever you get the admission because at the time of admission your all of the original mark sheets are verified. And if you are not able to get original even at the time of admission then you can get a marksheet proforma from your board which will be definitely accepted by the college and later you can submit the originals.
