I don't understand how to do online registration for instrumentation engineering

Vidyavardhini’s College of Engineering and Technology (VCET), Vasai is affiliated to Mumbai University . It offers a 4-year B.E program in various disciplines. The college releases notifications regarding the admission for the First Year (FY) of its B.E. Degree courses as well as second year in the month of May every year.

• Candidates seeking admission to the first semester of B.E. program should have passed 10+2 with PCM as main subjects from a recognized university.
• Those who are looking for the direct admission to Second Year (SY) must have passed B.SC or Diploma in the relevant discipline.
• FY B.E admissions are granted on the basis of the score of Maharashtra Common Entrance Test ( MHT-CET ).
• Information regarding admission is notified online. Final admission is subject to the rules and regulations prescribed by Directorate of Technical Education, Maharashtra.
• The annual intake of 420 seats is available for B.E (FY) program.

there is not any kind of registration for admissions.we must go through a process called counselling

we need to fill our choices according to priorities . for appearing in counseling you must clear cutoff of respective exam

so after clearing cutoff wait for counselling and pick colleges of instrumentation engineering for pursuing that
