Your score might be a little less to stand a chance for a government college in the state.
You can however try your chance at the State Councellings however it might be difficult there as well.
You can surely get good private colleges at this score.

Hi Minakshi,
Although there is no chance of a government MBBS seat in All India Quota, there could be some possibility in your state using your State Quota.
You can also get private medical colleges.
