Hello Parveen

The cutoff for admission in government dental college was 522 for general category in Faculty of Dental Sciences, Lucknow. And based on your expected score there are nearly no chances of getting a seat in this college. However you can get a seat private dental college, based on previous year's cutoff:

  • Chandra Dental College and Hospital
  • Dental College, Azamgarh
  • Career Institute of Dental Sciences and Hospital, Lucknow

You can check the previous year's cutoff of dental colleges in UP:

Hey Nigar !!

With your marks and your state of domicile that too with General category it is tough for you to get government dental college.

Last years cut off for -

Faculty of Dental Sciences, Lucknow -  the marks ( 522 ) All India cutoff rank was 14086.

But with your marks you can easily get into PRIVATE MBBS COLLEGE as well as Private Dental colleges.

If you need any further details regarding the above , do write to career360.

Thank you.

Hello student,
With a score of 400 in the general category, it becomes difficult to secure a seat in the government dental colleges when comparing the results of previous years. Last year, a minimum score of 522 was required to fetch one a seat in the faculty of dental sciences, Lucknow in general category under the state quota. Also, one thing to keep in mind is that scores and ranks vary each year with difficulty level of the question paper and availability of seats. However you can go through the following link to know about the cut off's and ranks for the previous years and calculate your chances of selection

Dear candidate,

As per your said marks and the last year cutoff trend, there is only one government medical college for bds and for it the closing cutoff for last year under the state quota benefit for general category was 522 (Faculty of Dental Sciences, Lucknow).

As per your marks you can go for the private bds Colleges. Follow the below link to check the private colleges cutoff for up state:
