Hello, to start with the score range,for tamil nadu medical colleges will depend upon this year's all india cut-off. Last year the renge range below 10,000 was qualified for getting a tamil nadu medical seat, that is the score rage between 320- 480 for last year's cutoff. But simce this year NTA has conducted the examination, we will have to wait and see how evaluation is done. All the best.

With a score of 406 its nearly impossible that you will get admission in a government medical college.Getting a seat in government medical college requires a score of above 550 in NEET and also there are factors that are also involved like difficulty level of paper and number of aspirants appeared in the examination.You may have chances to get a seat in a private medical college.
