Sanchari Ghosh , There are approximately 475 MBBS seats allotted for EWS Candidates in West Bengal State Counselling.  With such less no.of seat available, cut offs tend to go higher. And this year cut offs have gone way higher. But there is some chances but you can try for bams colleges or I suggest you to use Careers 360 college predictor tool for NEET 2020 here:
