You don't need to worry at all even if you had failed earlier in one subject and then you reappeared for 12th and passed with 52 % . There will be no problem because of this.
But what is your % in aggregate of PCB i. e. physics chemistry and Biology/biotechnology, you have just mentioned that you have 52% in your class 12 th but your overall percentage in class 12th is not considered for Neet eligibility criteria only your aggregating PCB is considered.
To be eligible for neet,
you must h ave passed 12th board examination with physics, chemistry ,biology/biotechnology and English and must have got at least 50 % in aggregate of PCB i.e Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Biotechnology in 12th examination if belongs to general category , or at least 40% in aggregate of PCB if belongs to Obc/ Sc /st category , or at least 45 % in aggregate of PCB in case of general pwd candidates to be eligible.

So, if you fulfill this percentage requirement in PCB as per your category then you are definitely eligible for Neet 2021 examination and after qualifying Neet examination on the basis of marks/ rank obtained by you in neet you can get a seat in a medical college and become a doctor
Also, to be eligible for neet 2021 one has to be at least 17 years old or more by 31st December 2021
