i failed in physics theory so am i eligible for neet 2020 with betterment of physics only?

Yes you will be eligible for NEET 2020 provided you pass in the betterment exam of Physics and your aggregate for PCB should cross 50% if you are from general category and 40% if you are from some reservation category. But yes do prepare well for the boards examination as well as NEET 2020 to be a part of the MBBS journey.
