Hello Priyanka,

If you filled choices wrongly in josaa counselling, then there is no chance for you to edit it or filled it again. But you have one chance that is CSAB special round. In CSAB special round, you have chance to fill the fill-in choices once again. CSAB special round will be started soon after the josaa seventh round. Hope it helps for you.
