I filled my current address in NEET 2019 application form(same arrived in admit card) but all my documents are of Permanent address.

If you have even a single document to support your current address of residence then there'd be no problem at all. Also if you've properly put your current and permanent address while filling the NEET application form, it shouldn't be a problem for you then.
