Since you uploaded undertaking certificate, you can submit EWS Certificate at the time of counselling, Anyhow you should submit the original certificate then, So you don't need to worry, Portal for counselling will be opened soon then you can upload these. You also need to submit original at admission process (IN-person Registration) at any college.
